Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is our priority. Alic Consulting ("Alic Consulting," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Global Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information of job applicants, potential clients, current clients, candidates for employment, our optional recruiting programs and events, contractors, subcontractors, and even those directly employed by Alic Consulting.

Some of our online recruiting activities enable access to external sites operated by third parties, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Alic Consulting does not take responsibility for the privacy practices of these third-party sites to which we link. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any such sites before you submit information there.

What Information Do We Collect?

Please know that the type of personal information we request, collect from you, and the ways that we process it are determined by the requirements of the Alic Consulting headquarters' country in where the position is located, and not the country in which you reside. If you apply to more than one location, or if the role to which you apply is available in more than one country, the types of personal information we request from you and the ways that we process it are determined by the requirements of all our offices’ countries in which the position is located.

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information about a candidate unless permitted to do so by applicable laws (e.g., US equal opportunity monitoring). We may collect some optional information that may reveal your sensitive personal data when we ask you about your dietary requirements for participating to events, and you may share with us information or a photo or video or audio, which can reveal for instance your ethnic origin or handicap. Sensitive personal information is a subset of personal information and includes ethnicity, health, sexual orientation, as well as other categories as prescribed by law. Other applicant information includes contact data, employment and educational history, grades, and data relating to your recruiting performance.

You are not required to provide any requested information to us, but failing to do so may result in not being able to continue your candidacy for the job for which you have applied. Furthermore, Alic Consulting collects personal data from you when you request information from us and/or supply information through the site, forms, contact information fields. Any information that is provided during the consultations by business that are registered in the United States or registered in another country will remain private with Alic Consulting. Personal data we collect might include your name, email address, phone number, title, occupation, company, industry, country, relationship to Alic Consulting, reason for contacting us, services you are interested in, general financial information, and any other background information provided with an application or any other information contained in messages you send us.

How Is The Information Collected?

By browsing our Site and submitting information to us, you explicitly agree to Alic Consulting using your personal data for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Please do not send us any information you do not wish us to use. We use different methods to collect information from and about you including your data or information you provided to us by filling in forms, corresponding with us via online posts, comments, messages, phone calls, emails, etc. This includes information you provide when you:

  • filled-out our Client Intro Form

  • filled-out our Simple B2B Solutions Form;

  • filled-out our Contractor Job Application Hiring Form;

  • requested information to be sent to you;

  • submitted your resume/CV to our resume database;

  • gave us feedback;

  • signed up for our newsletter;

  • authorized Alic Consulting to connect your account to the account of a "Connected Site" (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or similar sites), we may be able to access information you have provided to the Connected Site, such as profile information, content information, timeline feeds, contact and follow lists, network statistics, and/or updates regarding your Connected Site account.

What Is Your Policy Regarding Third Parties, Cookies, and/or Advertising?

As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data and Usage Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this Personal Data and Non-Personal Data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.   • recruiting and business management reasons including, identifying and evaluating candidates for potential employment, as well as for future roles that may become available, and other services we offer;

  • inviting you to events and keeping you informed about recruiting programs;

  • record keeping in relation to recruiting and hiring;

  • ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including diversity requirements and practices; and

  • protecting our legal rights to the extent authorized or permitted by law.

  • creating custom consultations, assessments, and business proposals for you.

We may also analyze your personal information or aggregated data to improve our recruitment and hiring process and augment our ability to attract successful candidates.

We process your personal information for the purposes described above: when we have your consent to do so; when necessary to enter into an employment contract with you; when necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation; or when necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests as an employer operating globally. When Will You Share My Information?

We believe in privacy and will limit your information as much as possible. We require all third parties to respect the security of your information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions and this Privacy Policy.

We may share your information with the following parties:

  • internal parties; such as our contractors and employees, or other companies under Alic Consulting umbrella;

  • If you are a job seeker, and applying to job postings on our website, we will share your information with the prospective employer (our clients) and/or their agent for the job to which you have applied for.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent.

  • Where permitted by applicable law, we may share your Non-Personal Data for any purpose not prohibited by applicable law or inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or any written representation we have made to you at the point and time of the data collection.

  • Service providers or business partners in other countries working on our behalf in accordance with applicable law. Our affiliates and third parties may be based in different countries around the world. Therefore we might need to transfer personal information across geographical borders.

How Do We Protect Your Information

Alic Consulting has placed appropriate technological and operational security processes designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorized employees or contractors and providers will have access to any data provided by you, and that access is limited by need. Each employee, contractor or provider having access to any personal information is obligated to maintain its confidentiality. Although we take steps that are generally accepted as industry standard to protect your personal information, Alic Consulting cannot guarantee that your personally-identifiable information will not become accessible to unauthorized persons.

How Long Do We Retain Your Information?

If we do not employ you, we may continue to retain and use your personal information for a period of time (which may vary depending on different criteria) for system administration purposes, and to perform research. At the expiry of this period, we will retain a minimum amount of your personal information to record your recruiting activity with us.


In addition, we may ask you for permission to retain your personal data to consider you for future employment opportunities, as part of our optional recruiting programs. If you join a recruiting program, but subsequently wish to withdraw, please contact us at

Furthermore, business clients and other business related information will be kept confidential and more information will be disclosed during contract signing. Alic Consulting will keep your personal data for as long as needed to handle your request or for as long as we have a relationship with you.

Alic Consulting we will keep your personal data associated with your application, consultation, assessment for a period of up to five years f
or clients and contractors who are no longer having business relationships or contracts with us.

What Are My Rights?

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and details of how we use that information. If any of the information held about you is incorrect or out of date, you have the right to amend or rectify it. Please follow the process outlined below and we will amend our records where appropriate. You also have the right to require us to erase your personal data, stop processing your personal data, restricting the processing of your personal information, right of portability of your personal information and/or to withdraw your consent to processing. This may not apply if there are other legal justifications to continue processing.
