We need Marketing specialists who will develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Your work will include researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to reach the target market.

Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns.

  • Responsibilities include reviewing marketing plans, developing and creating marketing materials to ensure brand guidelines are met.


  • You will be in charge of directly communicating with our clients and their teams from the initial inquiry, to the campaign analysis.

  • Successfully coordinating and collaborating with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.


  • The key responsibilities of this function are to provide exceptional support to our clients, be quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Associates are required to provide updates either daily or weekly and are in direct contact with their clients and teams.


  • Analyzing and reporting the performance and efficiency of completed campaigns.

  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new marketing opportunities.


  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

  • Problem Resolution. Team members must be hands-on in solving issues that arise during the day.

  • Other duties as assigned by the director and/or CEO.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Social Media Analytics and content management systems.

  • General computer skills with knowledge of Office, Email, etc.

  • Excellent communication / English skills (speaking and writing).

  • Be able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

  • Stress-tolerant nature necessary to consistently, calmly and effectively responding to demanding, crisis and emergent situations while maintaining self-control and composure.
