Job description design

We can create attractive job descriptions adapted to the target group to save your time. We have done this over a hundred times for clients in various industries like Ecommerce or Transportation. We at Alic Consulting understand clients' needs and wants. Very specific, detailed, and job-related responsibilities and requirements. One of our principles is to have transparency between our clients and our staff so everyone benefits and knows what to expect. 


Promotional campaign

The highest paying job in the world without an adequate promotional campaign won’t work in today’s world. People have already recognized our specialized knowledge when it comes to hiring, staffing, and outsourcing. We prefer to use a hybrid or mixed approach with significant usage of appropriate channels for the specific target group we need to attract. Some examples include online job boards, social media, guerilla marketing, referrals, and endorsements.


Application process

We are especially proud of our online application process. We developed a process that automatically filters out bad candidates so we don't waste time looking over Resumes and CVs. We incorporated logic, scenarios, skills, experience, expectations, computer literacy, English and personality tests to really get to know the applicants before we conduct interviews. Our Application process is perfect for remote employees, but we can easily adapt it to everyone's needs. We took the time to develop a transparent and thorough application process to find the best suitable employees which serve us and our clients’ needs.


Review process

We created automations to help us save time by only reviewing applicants who passed our testing. We also created algorithms to calculate our Alic Consulting LETTGO Score™ for every applicant without any human biases. Our LETTGO Score™ is based of several calculations from our filters and tests we mentioned above. We want quality and only the best of the best will pass the initial review stage before we get to the interview’s. Our hiring managers are experienced and know exactly what to look for when it comes to choosing the best applicant for our clients. They will be in direct communication with you, your GM or HR manager and will advise you on the candidates.  


Interview process

Our interview process is split into 2 stages. Interview #1 is where we meet the candidates to compare their application and resume with their behavior, their energy, and assess their personality. This interview helps us get to know the person more and allows our hiring manager to make a better decision on who to hire. Interview #2 - is used to reconnect with the candidates with or without the client's presence. Sometimes the clients after reviewing the first interview have their own questions they want to ask. This is optional as our hiring managers have specific scenario based questions depending on the role we are trying to fill. Our questions are based on the Alic Consulting 7 Core Areas of Business™ (Sales, Support, HR, Finance, Operations, Management, and Marketing). Interview #2 is all about hearing examples and situations based on the candidate's previous job experience.


Selection process

This is the 2nd to last step and obviously one of the most important ones for our clients. Choosing someone to work for your business is a crucial step in growing your business. After our filters, tests, KPI’s, and after our hiring team has completed the interviews we will then select a group of 3 to 5 highly skilled candidates and suggest them to you. We will provide our metric system, KPI’s, scores, results, interview links, and interview assessments to help you make the final decision. Our hiring managers will be there to help answer any questions you might have. 


Onboarding

Once you finalized your choice our HR team will help guide the transition. Starting a new job is not easy and we will meet with the person you choose before they start with you to train them on our Alic Consulting policies, principles, and professionalism. For some of our clients we help save them time by conducting the job training ourselves using their apps, methods, systems, and training material. It's very important that this new person understands your company's policies and procedures and workflows. The first training month is usually the most difficult and depending on the job position, the onboarding period can last up to 3 months for them to be incorporated into your workflow and systems.  Spend some time to meet your new team member and make them feel comfortable with their new team. We just ask you to acknowledge their skills, knowledge, personalities, and incorporate them in your company culture. On our end we will continue to provide HR functions like pay, benefits, ongoing training and employee satisfaction check ins.
